MINOR PARTICIPANTS (UNDER 18)
I hereby grant Lisa Nottingham Photography, its representatives, agents, licensees, and affiliates, the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and/or use the Participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, and performance in connection with promotional, marketing, and educational activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use in:
- Social media content
- Websites and digital advertising
- Print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters
- News articles and press releases
Terms of Agreement
I understand that the Participant’s likeness may be used without further compensation, notification, or approval.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media product in which the Participant’s image appears.
I release Lisa Nottingham Photography, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising from the use of these images, including but not limited to claims of defamation or invasion of privacy.
I confirm that I am the legal guardian or parent of the Participant and have full authority to grant this permission.
ADULT PARTICIPANTS (OVER 18)
I hereby grant Lisa Nottingham Photography, its representatives, agents, licensees, and affiliates, the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and/or use my name, likeness, image, voice, and performance in connection with promotional, marketing, and educational activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use in:
